September

We see lots of acorns this time of year! Where do acorns come from? What happens if you plant an acorn in the ground?

The song "I'm a Little Acorn" sounds like another song you might know. Can you guess what that song is? Find the answer here!

October

Making a jack-o-lantern is so much fun! If you made a jack-o-lantern, what would it's face look like? A happy face or a sad face? A scary face or a funny face? Show a friend your jack-o-lantern face! Look for the different pumpkin faces in "Five Little Pumpkins."

November

"Ho, Ho Watanay" is a Native American lullaby. A lullaby is a song that you sing to help someone go to sleep. Should you sing a lullaby in a loud or quiet voice?

Sing quietly while pretending you rock a baby to sleep, or tapping gently to the music.

December

We need to put on special clothes to stay warm in winter weather. What clothes do you wear to go play in the snow? Where do you put your hat? Your scarf? Your boots? Dance along as the snowmen get dressed for a day of winter fun!

January

I love snowflakes! They are one of my favorite things about the wintertime. Did you know each snowflake is different? No two snowflakes are exactly the same! Can you move your body like a snowflake?

February

There are lots of ways to get from one place to another. What is your favorite way to travel? In this song we will pretend to drive a car, ride on a train, ride a horse and wagon, and fly in an airplane. Listen and move to the music!

March

Leprechauns love to dance! In Ireland, there is a special dance called a jig. In this video, the leprechauns dance, jump, bow, and clap for their friends! Can you dance and sing along?

April

Eek! A bug! Some people don't like bugs, but others find them very interesting! Do you have a favorite bug? How does it move? You can dance like ants, bees, fireflies, and caterpillars in "Bug n' Roll!"

May

I love to visit the zoo! The animals are all so interesting in the ways they move and the sounds they make! Let's take a trip to the zoo. Sing along and move like the animals do! What is your favorite animal? Would you see this animal at the zoo? What sound does it make, and how does it move?
